Watching without an account

You can watch free 4, 8 and 12-hour videos without signing in. We don't ask for your name or email to do this.

Information we collect

• Account details (only if you sign in): email address, and name/profile details your sign-in provider (Google) shares.
• Your activity: scene ratings, total watch time (used for referral rewards and to decide when to ask for a review), referral activity, and Treat Jar access status.
• Purchase records: that a purchase happened, its amount, currency, date and the payment processor's transaction ID. We never receive or store card numbers.
• Usage analytics: see below.

Usage analytics

We record simple in-app events on our own servers — for example a scene page viewed, a video started, viewing-time milestones and total session length, the video length chosen, Treat Jar page views, checkout started or confirmed, sign-in/sign-up completed, and referrals shared or redeemed. Each event can include the scene, the video length, whether you're on the free or Treat Jar tier, general device type (phone/tablet/computer), whether the app was opened from the home screen, the page path, and a random visit ID that resets when you close the tab. If you're signed in, events are linked to your account. We don't store your IP address or full browser details with these events, and we use them only to understand and improve TV for Dogs.

We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising networks or cross-site tracking.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local and session storage (not advertising cookies) to keep you signed in, remember a pending referral code, remember whether we've asked for a review, avoid counting the same event twice, and hold the random visit ID. Stripe's checkout may set its own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud.

Ads

Free users see one small, silent banner, which today only promotes the Treat Jar. If we ever add an ad network, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where required. Treat Jar owners see no ads.

Service providers

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database and sign-in.
• Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google".
• Stripe — payment processing on the web (Stripe Privacy Policy).
• Apple — payments in a future App Store version.

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context advertising.

Children

TV for Dogs is meant for dog owners. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. Accounts and purchases are for adults (or with a parent's permission). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep account data while your account exists. Signed in? Open Account and tap Delete my account — your account, ratings, watch history, referrals and access are removed right away. Purchase records are kept without your identity where tax or accounting law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to certain processing. Email us at Thertzllc7@gmail.com and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
